Do you mean the hard cab conversion for the Portee kit? If so, it 'aint the best. Probably not what you want to hear, but given how awkward the conversion is, you'd be much better off getting the Plus Model conversion or Resicast. My personal choice would be the Resicast version. It's a little more expensive, but you get a nice set of directional tread wheels and tyres with accurate inner hub faces- like in the photo on the 'Karo AS....' thread in the industry forum.
If you persevere with the AA version, the tricky bit is cutting the Portee cab lower half to match the AA upper half. There aren't really any short-cuts- just start with a paper pattern based on the AA upper, cut carefully and be ready with the filler!
