The recent issue of the Italeri M24 Chaffee was slightly retooled to depict the WW2 version and has the correct metal tracks (albiet in vinyl).

I used to have a set of metal link to length tracks but don't recall the maker. Also I think Accurate Armour has some resin link and length tracks.
