How ever long it takes! My experience is with MK, AFV, and the various DML's. If I can get into a groove, no matter how multi-part, then I can get things done rather quickly, otherwise, it's just better to walk away and try later.
For me: quickly = 1-2 hrs/side. However, I've spent days destroying sets of tracks...and my sanity!
