I'm building the CMK interior set right now. It's a great set but very complicated. It has hundreds of small resin parts and 4, yes 4, photoetch sheets between the two sets.
Althought I quite like this set, I'll say that it is missing a few items. Most notable is the breech protector jackets (the large tube and sheet metal parts that go around the gun breech to help prevent people from getting injured. I scavanged one from the Tamiya kit. I'm not sure why it isn't included since I've not seen photos of the gun wihtout it.
Otherwise, my impression is that the kit, wile nice, is overkill unless you're going to leave off the turret. Much of the fighting compartment behind the seats just isn't visble.
In general, I'd say that if you're going to be building a 'through the hatch' model, the Verlinden set, with a little extra detailing will give pretty similar results.
