Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

I have the same problem with Accurate Miniatures and sometimes Hasegawa decals. They go on nicely, but don't stay on once dry, and even just a stiff breeze can pull them off. Something about the adhesive in those brands, it really is annoying sometimes.

I solve that by giving them an overcoat of future after they dry. Just be very gentle and use a soft brush. Go easy with a first coat, just enough to get things to stay down. You don't want to use enough that the decals will start to float. Then if needed do a second coat the same way.

I haven't had that method fail yet.
