Well, since Italeri is the only game in town, you play or you dont. Overall, the kit is quite accurate but simple.
Best aftermarket wheels are Hussar, especially when compared with R&J.
I recommend considering Royal Models upgrades - there are two: 091 Opel Maultier is basic running gear and include front wheels, or 074 Panzerwerfer 42 and Maultier which includes all of 091 with turret/launcher/interior upgrades. Voyager has recently released a photoetch set but have not received my purchase yet to review.
New Connection Models makes a Maultier Suspension/wheels (NC 35119)upgrade but I was very disappointed with the road wheels. However, the same company makes an Auxillary Field Repair Crane (NC 35129) which can make for a stunning, different Maultier.
