Paul,
Yes, it was done but in very small numbers & I certainly couldn't say which units they were issued to (Mark Hayward's book may have stats on this). Majority of Fireflies were built on Sherman V (M4A4) hulls followed by Sherman Ic Hybrid (composite) hulls. Accurate Armour do a good accessory set for the stowage & UK fittings (first aid box, fire extinguishers etc.).
