Shortly I would say yes. Of course you must delete the bow MG and add the cleanning rods for the 17 pdr. All the mods for a British M4 can be done (ex: fire extinguisher, antenas).
The Rossagraph book is the best source on that subject.
Some of these IC had the British type all-round vision cupola (RYSERC I)
That, of course, don(t correct any inhérent problem of the Tamiya M4, wrong boogies, sunken weld seems and of course a front glacis that is more that of an M4A4 than the one of an M4.
Beware also that some of the IC were old M4 DV reworked and that the DV are hidden behind the extra armored plates.
All these IC I've seen have the one piece cast transmission.
