Yep, had the same problem.
Seems I mixed up the drive
sprockets....they are handed.
Left and right, they are NOT
interchangeable.
If you haven't glued the sprocket
on already take it off and switch
sides and also make sure you have
the left track on the left side and
the right track on the right side
as well.
It'll work,
