I found fit problems too. I removed the locator pins and dryfitted - sanded - dryfitted - sanded.. until a good fit was achieved. I have not glue them together yet, but even with the sanding there looks like there'll be a slight gap left. It will be a simple matter to fill with some Mr. Surfacer however.
