This kit would be a British Sherman I. It needs the same mods the Tamiya M4 always needs: Horizontal return roller arms, the seams raised (or, as in the case of the one between the hoods, it should be removed altogether, IIRC), British tools, British Fire extinguishers, perhaps a turret stowage box, etc. It could also get a Firefly turret (Formations, etc.) and become a Ic Firefly.
Others may add to this as they see fit...
