Pawel,
Tankworkshop use to make the Tiger Schwere railcar and Pather railcar in resin. DML has offered off and on the Panther railcar along with some other rolling stock in 1/35th. Ironside offers a light flatbed, sided light railcar, schwere railcar and G10 boxcar. I think CMK also offers some 1/35th rolling stock in resin.
