yes, sorry for the loose wording "late". I guess what I really wanna know is, would if be unusual for the "short" barrel to appear on a later vehicle that has the newer engine deck layout, such as that on the Ausf L's, i.e., with the armoured vents stretching front to back where the early J has them stretching side to side....?
