Roy is right as usual. The Tamiya turret is perfect except for the fixes he mentioned, which you'd have to make on pretty much every other company's as well.
One other thing: I think you'll want to use the HULL applique armor, which was usually seen on the M4A2 75, as they did not have the so-called "wet stowage". These plates come in the Tamiya A3s (in fact they should not, as the A3 should not have them, but the kit has them), the Italeri A3 (same), and a few others. Two on the right side (from the driver's perspective), one on the left.
