How do you know the Trumpeter Stryker kit will be "up to standard"? All that has been shown was the resin master and it was inaccurate in regards to the remote weapon station.
I think the Dragon Strykers kits will be produced but it takes time. These aren't the only kits they produce. A model producer, like any company with competition, is designed to make a profit. Dragon is smart by stating they will also produce a Stryker...and people will wait given Dragon's more advanced moulding technology. Why would they let Trumpeter produce the only one on the market?
I would suggest just waiting for them to come out and don't pre-order them. Let someone with the time and knowledge of the vehicles to review the kits and make a decision at that time.
There will no doubt be many opinions about the Trumpeter kit if it is first released and for sure Dragon will be listening and watching.
It seems like you have already learned this lesson with your Sherman kits. |
