Alex,
The road wheel issues that you have mentioned have not gone unnoticed by other modellers. If you look at the reviews on PMMS, Armorama, and the postings on Missing Lynx and Armorama this issue has been addressed many times. There are also a variety of reviews and articles in modelling magazines also.
The turret is pretty darn accurate. I am not exactly sure what you are refering to in regards to welds. Take a look at these Centurion Mk.5 images at Prime Portal and maybe they will help you out.

The kit has only been out a short period of time so there hasn't been nearly enough time for any surmising if the road wheels will react with the plastic. My suggestion is just to prime the plastic and use a touch of CA glue to attach the rubber road wheels. |
