Hello Brian,
Yes, Dragon's 234/4 is one of the few kits I completely finished last year.
It is a real beauty of a kit with lots of excellent detail.
Especially on the inside, most of which can be seen when the kit is finished.
I understand that there are a small number of issues on accuracy -as usual- but on the whole these are pretty minor.To me at least.
The directions might look rather challenging to put it mildly; right away in Step 3 the construction of the suspension arms with all their associated parts may come across as chaotic, however, if you take your time to study it calmly you will discover the logic system of it.
The only fit problem I found was when the upper hull is to be fit to the lower body.
The upper hull has three locating pins on each side; one forward and two rear pins. Keeping all these pins in place I couldn't get the body halves properly aligned.
I removed the left and right forward locatinig pins as well as carefully cutting away their receiving holes in the lower body.
This took care of the slight misalignment.
