Maybe you already know, Piotr, but they are different versions. The Dragon kit has the mesh Schuerzen, the Tamiya standard plates and a choice of idler wheels. Also some small fittings and details differ. The Dragon kit will seem thin and flimsy compared to the Tamiya, but once assembled the thickness of the plastic is not a factor. The Tamiya PzKpfw IV tools and fittings set takes care of what I find to be the weakest part of the Dragon kit.
Both are good, basically accurate kits. The Tamiya is easier to assemble, but the Dragon has separate link tracks. There are numerous updates for each.
