p.s. I just love the look of that Firefly--that's one mean Sherman. Ever read a book called "Armored Guardsman," the author is Boscowan, I wrote a review of it for War, Literature & the Arts a couple of years ago. . .think the review is still available online (I should know, as a contributing editor). Boscawen fought across France in a Firefly, until he was horribly wounded. The book is his diary, interspersed with later comment. |
