well, going by what Tasca shows on their web site, Model Kasten individual tracks are what they recommend. If you can find RHPS tracks, I would recommend them since they give you enough links for the elongated M4A4 chassis, do not need as much assembly as the Model Kasten tracks, and are (were) cheaper in North America.
If you do pick them up (or you buy AFV Clubs aftermarket tracks which are very similar in assembly and quality), they can be made semi-workable without glue by slightly pinching the track pins before adding the end connectors.
The idea is to lightly deform the center (not near the finished edge) so the fit of the end connector is very snug. If you deform it too much by pinching to hard, you run the risk of weakening the pin and causing it to break.
After the end connector is slipped on, the ends of the pins appear as counter sunk bolts (the reason for pinching near the center and not the ends which will be visible). After placing on the suspension, but prior to painting, adding thin liquid cement to the track pins exposed in the end connectors will lock it in place and allow you to remove the tracks while holding the final shape.
