Hi Paul,
The name is not used by the crews, nor is it official. See Panzer Tracts 7-3 for the information on nicknames used by the crews of both the Pz. Sfl. IVa and the 12,8cm Sfl. (referred to as the Sturer Emil in some publications). However, for coverage of this particular vehicle, see Panzer Tracts 7-1.
