Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Hi guys,

Well if the available kits are Emhar quality no serious customer base will ever develop. The RPM Renault FT17 is a little better, but still of eastern european quality.
But I'm 100% sure that if Tamiya, Dragon or Tristar would do a MK1, or a FT17, AV7 or Whippet for that matter, it would sell big time!
A market is also created by the availability of good quality kits. Many people whom had never had any thought on the Renault UE will buy one, only because it's the latest Tamiya offereing.
So I guess that if Tamiya had the nerves to tap in to this WW1 market, the comments on big T would be much more positive then on their latest 1:35 releases.
If they only would dare, I would buy!

Cheers,
Alex
