I'd go with the DML M4A1 75mm as well, the Tamiya M4 upper hull needs a lot of work to make it accurate, and you'd still need to get the horizontal armed suspension units.
You could replace the underscale tools with Academy, Tamiya or resin like fe Formations. A replacement .50 mg would be nice as well.
