Hi,
The PaK40 was widely produced, the biggest muzzle brake is the older type. However I don't have much information. I once had the "luck" of pushing a PaK38 (5cm) and it wasn't only heavy, but the wheels were in surprinsingly in good condition (this was in 2004!) so I wouldn't do the ones in worst condition.
I also supose that the muzzle brake can go with anything, as there may have been samples that needed a replacement from time to time.
