Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

I remember that. You got quite a bit of flack for standing up and pointing out the errors on DML's PZ IV E. It is tragic that you got threatened. The whole affair was really ugly and a lot of DML fanatics showed there true colors on more than one site.

BTW did you ever finish the kit? My DML PZ IV D still sits in its box. After over 40 corrections there were still problems with the PZ IV D kit.

Terry fully admits in writing that he was taken in by the hype preceding the PZ IV E. To his credit he did a wonderful job with his comparison review between DML's and Tristar's PZ IV D and updated his PZ IV E review to take into account the kit flaws you and others have pointed out. He's put in a lot of work on the PZ IV. I figure by this time Terry pretty much knows the PZ IV series in and out.

The F2 kit comes with decals for one 15 Panzer division vehicle. Voyager has a "North Africa" PE set (PEA092) for it also.
