In my opinion, YES. We do need a new IS-2 in 1/35 scale. The DML offering is very soft in detail, there are numerous fitting/detail problems and overall its not very good. It is very rare to see a Soviet / Russian model being released by the big dogs and it is a very welcome release indeed.
