Hi!
You mean the Panzer I AusfF and Panzer II Ausf.J are similar - that is correct - they really look the same (but I won't talk of being light with arount 18 tons).
But the Panzer I ausf.C (what Paul asked) is not simililar to both of the above mentioned - only that it also had the interleaved suspension system.
