#35342 is the kit with crew, but it has the same superstructure. 35341 is hard to find nowadays, but Great Models has 342 on sale now, & Jadar in Poland also has it. You might find someone who has 35341 with a Google search: "ICM 35341".
You might try using the Italeri innards and superstructure with the ICM hull - both these kits have some issues with shapes and locations of hatches and upper plates, but I think the ICM is marginally better.
