Hi

I think it's the old Peerless Max kit, released also by Italeri as mentioned above.
It's the only game in town for the scout car, and a decent enough kit for its age.

I bought their StugIII a few years ago. It's the Dragon kit copied with some minor changes. Mine was covered in flash with some big sink marks.

Zvezda appears to use other companies' molds for lots of their stuff, and quality varies.
