Hi Paul,
Perhaps Dragon care or the Canadian importer can come to the rescue?
From forementioned kit you need the sprues C and A (blue) for allmost all the parts you're looking for.
You'll be then without a commanders cupola though, but that one is available in a number of AM sets. The sprues needed to get these cupola parts from Dragon would be A (black) L (blue) and part 15 (sprue-less part).
