Mick, the T40 is a misprint and should refer to T41 which is reversible Rubber Block. This was done as a track type in individual lins by RHPS as was the WE 210 (sometimes erroneously referred to as "Double I"). Unfortunately RHPS is no longer in production and sets hard to find.
The T41 can be approximated in 35th by using T51 which looks the same (a bit thinner) but was not reversible. The Academy Lee, M10 late and M36 kit have a good rubber band representation of this type. At a pinch the old Italeri M4A1 76 and priest also had T51 but it is very stiff.
AFV club do a cheap set of Individual links for T51 which are quite good.
I believe Accurate Armour did a resin trackpack for WE 210 which may still be available.
I was hoping Academy were going to release the Grant with WE 210 as it is rare to see one without it. As they couldn't be bothered to fix the bogey problem it looks as though that is a forlorn hope.
Cheers
