Go with the Tasca kit and don’t look back. The DML M4A4 series is old and has many problems including the bogie height in relation to the drive sprocket. I lost faith in DML Sherman’s as there are too many recycled Italeri parts. Recently I converted the Tamiya M4 to a direct vision Sherman III as I felt it a better platform than DML.
Btw, the decals are less than accurate that Tasca supplies and not sure about DML.
