Hi Arun,
I do not know the TMD M3 bogie set, but I guess it's a good quality product like most TMD products are.
With new road wheels though the Tamiya bogies are passable too.
If you have an Academy priest kit in the stash, that one has good M3 bogies too, and you can use the also included 'M4 type' bogies to finish the M7 kit itself. Added a pic underneath of the Academy Priest bogies on a Tasca/Formations initial M4A1.
