I'm afraid you will have to wait. Most of the vehicles used in the Phillipines were M4 derivates (Composites and welded hulls) and as yet no accurate kit exists. DML are doing a pacific M4 Composite but I have no idea when or if it will have Phillipines markings. From memory the M4A3 75 was used in the Phillipines and the Tamiya one is a good strting point but again would neet a lot of work. It may actually have markings for a Phillipines example (Classy Peg).
