Noel,
I believe the US Army alsso used mid/late 75mm M4A1 tanks in the Philippines. If correct, you could use either Dragon's M4A1 "Early" (kit #6048) or Tasca's M4A1 "Late Production" (kit #25012).
For corrrect markings, Bison is scheduled to release a full decal sheet dedicated to M4A1 tanks in the PTO. See here:
