Assuming you mean the Panzer IA ... from what I've heard, the Dragon kit is pretty good, but I think the (latest iteration of) the Tristar kits is still a little bit better. The Tristar kit also gives you a couple of options for building different versions ("early" or "late") whereas I think the Dragon kit is a single version only.

The problem with 6289 was that it didn't represent any vehicle that ever actually existed, but those issues were corrected in 6356.

For "extreme accuracy" of course either kit will still benefit from some after-market PE and so forth.
