Hiya Paul,
As far as I know the only one availiable is the 90's DML Pz III one. It was included in three different kits that I know of. The Pz III M/N kit 9015, the Flammpanzer III kit 9017 and the Panzerbefel III K kit 9018. I believe I can dig up one of the sprues from one of these kits and send it to ya if you want?
