What kind of mufflers do you need? Early N's like the Tamiya kit had the two small rectangular mufflers with little individual exhaust pipes. Tamiya's kit has those, but they are lacking the air flow indicator arrows, although that is largely obscured by the exhaust deflector. I used the Tamiya parts on my kit. Cyber's III N is also an early version.
Very late tanks like the ones with schurzen and zimmerit could have a big drum type deep wading muffler. This comes in some Panzer III kits and in the Cyber StuG III G with Deep Wading Muffler. But that would not be appropriate on an early Panzer III N. |
