Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

I don't think anything like that exists anywhere. I've never seen a kit of any Indian vehicle, nor any vehicle used by the Indian Army that comes with Indian decals, nor any decal sheets, figures or other accessories for Indian subjects (except aircraft). Decalcomaniacs has a sheet of markings for Pakistani tanks of the Indo-Pakistani Wars, but nothing for India. Why Indian armor has been so totally ignored by manufacturers is hard to say. Maybe very few Indians build models. But I do know that the Indian tank corps is very proud of its 1965 victory at Asal Uttar. That three-day bloodbath/mudbath would make a great subject for a diorama.
