I bought the Kettenkrad last year on a whim and you're right about the detail, but I knew that going in. I don't have anything else in that scale and thought it would be interesting to build it as a conversation piece. I picked up some of those G.I. scale German weapons and equipment for it too. I've built part of it and some of it seems better suited for an arc welder rather than glue. When you're used to building 1/35th scale, the massive size of 1/6 is overwhelming...the working tracks however are a work of art.
