While I don't share your outright hostilety towards the kit, it's way to delicious to see some else is, pardon me, as pissed with Revell as I am.
I'm building the JgdPzKan right now and despite the lackluster detail the fit is actually fairly good.. well let's say decent...
But I completely agree with you, Revell really needs to wake up. How hard can it be for them to put together a state of the art kit?? they only make one or two a year..... this one is very early Tamiya in stlye: builds easy, slightly inacurate but looks the part, and the tracks, while nice to work with, are plain crap - take ONE look at this tank hunter and you notice the weired guide "halos".. but then Revell would have had to *gasp* LOOK at one "in the flesh" .. gosh thats so hard... given that there are onyl what? 4 of these (including Raketenjagdpanzer and Beobachtungspanzer) at the tank museum in Munster....
Bottom line is Revell really needs to move away from thinking in terms of toy shop demography...
