Hi Bill

There have only two M4A4E1 prototypes with 105 mm howitzer been built late in 1942 by Detroit Arsenal. They never left the United States.

As they had a completely different gun mantlet due to a single central recoil cylinder, You would have to scratchbuild the mantlet from the bottom.
There are a few pictures in R.P. Hunnicutt's Sherman book (pages 208 and 209)
