Hi Paul,
I'll pass on this one, despite it being British as I have the Mid Produicton model that will convert easily into a British tank with the spare fitting I have.
The M4A4 had the early and late gun mantle so you could go with either option depending on the vehicle you are making. The Tamiya turret would do fine although you'd be better off replacing the barrel or just go with a resin one, which might work out cheaper.
Alternatively wait a little while and Formations might solve your problem.
