Best option, but replaces entire cupola is the Artisan Mori set. Includes all the main hatch details and periscopes. Used 2 over the last couple of years and have one ready to use.
If in UK can be obtained through www.afvmodeller.com and go into their shop.
Also Fine Molds did/do a set of german periscopes, but not sure where to obtain from.
