Late King Tigers as well as Jagdtigers had reinforced front fenders with L-shaped bars bolted onto them. This can easily be replicated by using styrene strips. I have built the very same kit and used this method (see picture). Far from perfect, but I hope you get the idea.
For additional reference you might look at the Kubinka Jagdtiger, which has these fenders:

In addition, late King Tigers had a rain guard over the gun sight aperture. It is already molded in place, so just ignore the instruction to cut it off, unless you want to replace it with PE or something.
