Ronald,
It's difficult to tell from the photo but it looks like the old MP Models plastic upper hull. They were made in the late 1980s or early 1990s. It has been a LONG time since they were available. The details were soft but very accurate for what was there. Most M4A3 dry storage Shermans were kept stateside for training. There are several around the US as park displays, VFW guards and a few in the hands of collectors.
