I don't know about the Chory book, at his WWII German colors seminar, Jentz tore it up when I made the mistake of showing him the copy I'd just bought.

His advice "see if you can get your money back"

Many of the color pics in that book are post war repaints at APG, accodring to Jentz.

As for what color.. I don't know, and I like the look of the Tamiya stuff pretty much straight from the bottle.
