Hi Jason.
James' response is very informative.
I've had no problem painting oil or enamel over or under acrylics. My only advice is let the undercoat dry. I have lots of projects in progress, and I'll leave an undercoat a week or more. If you try to rush it using different paint mediums, you can get problems.
This gives you an excuse to buy more kits, the other ones are drying...
