Hi Tim
It depends if you are going for an even coat or a slopped on 'this will work' kind of finish. The latter is easy with a brush, because mops, brushes, brooms or anything were used in WW2 for applying winter
camo at or near the front line. If you are doing a vehicle finished in white, you can brush paint it, but it will require patience. I use a brush, and apply thin coats of acrylic. I find 2 or three coats
enough usually. Always try to brush each coat on at right angles to the last one.

It sounds like you are doing a modern vehicle, and a nice clean coat of white will be a challenge!
