well i use a mix of Tamiya and Model Master. For any type of metal finish ie. steel, engine parts etc. you cant beat Model Master "metalizer" paints. I use Tamiya for armor base coats and for RedBrown but I use a Model Master for just about everything else. Model Master has done alot of research to make sure there colors are accurate minus weathering effects of corse. Weathering youll find is probly alot easier with Model Master and you can use Model Master over top of Tamiya paints without any effect on your base coat.
